Karry Johnson

About the last 4 tablespoons of sauce in the jar, mix with 1-2 tablespoons red wine vinegar and about 1-2 tablespoons olive oil to make a vinaigrette salad dressing.

Pour sauce over a block of cream cheese, decorate with fruit and add a sprig of mint.

Sauce makes a nice glaze for baked salmon and a tasty dipping sauce for shrimp.

Bake a pan of brownies , set to cool , place on a serving dish. Spread a thin layer of soft cream cheese over the brownie, pour a thin layer of sauce over the cream cheese and serve.

Peach and Shrimp Stir Fry
Stir fry 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms and 1/2 cup chopped red onion for a few minutes, until liquid from mushrooms cook down,  add a splash of dry white wine, shrimp, 1 fresh peach sliced and Karry's Sweet and Spicy Peach Chipotle Sauce,
serve over noodles or rice.

Instead of a jam or jelly peanut butter sandwich, replace with the sauce.

Spread the sauce over baguette slices. Top each with a slice of brie. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts.

Place chicken breast in a lightly greased shallow baking dish, cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Remove foil, discard and drain the juice. Spread about 2-3 tablespoons of sauce over each piece of chicken. Bake additional
12-15 minutes until done.

Mix sauce with whip cream or frosting, spread over your favorite cake or jello.

Sauce is great to have with morning pancakes, waffles,  french toast, or a toasted bagel.

Summer time this sauce is great for barbequing, pork, beef, chicken & fish.

Pour sauce (hot or cold) over your favorite ice cream or drizzle over cheesecake.

Fruit Dip
Mix together, 8 ounce soft cream cheese and 7 ounce marshmellow cream, add the sauce to your tasting, serve with fresh fruit.
